2022 Play Ball! Minnesota Free Youth Clinics - Plymouth, MN @ Softball Field at Oakwood Park 17340 County Rd 6, Plymouth, MN 55447

The summer of 2022 will be the 61st season the Minnesota Twins, Twins Community Fund and Play Ball! Minnesota, in partnership with Great River Energy, will offer free youth baseball and softball clinics.

Created in 1961 by longtime Twins scout Angelo Giuliani, the clinic program serves as a way for Play Ball! Minnesota to promote baseball and softball to boys and girls throughout the Upper Midwest.

Play Ball! Minnesota Youth Clinics have always been available to participants for free. Additionally, there is no cost for a community to host a clinic. Any Upper Midwest community can apply to host a clinic. The program is presented in partnership with Great River Energy.

The Play Ball! Minnesota Youth Clinics are designed to teach fundamentals including hitting, throwing, and fielding. Along with teaching fundamentals, clinics spread the joy and fun of baseball and softball.

The clinics are intended for all youth ages 6-12 Play Ball! Minnesota provides safe, youth-friendly, equipment. Youth participants are asked to bring their gloves.
